BRING ME THE HORIZON Vocalist Accused Of Urinating On Fan

According to Kerrang! magazine, BRING ME THE HORIZON vocalist Oli Sykes appeared before the Magistrate's Court, Nottingham, England on Friday (April 13) at 9:45 a.m., after facing accusations of common assault on a fan after their show at Rock City on April 7. The band's label, Visible Noise, issued an official statement to Kerrang!, which reads in part:

"The defendant is up against a charge common assault rising from the allegation of urination on a female fan, which he strongly denies.

"As the defendant has not pleaded guilty to allegations the case has been adjourned until May 6th as all witnesses need to be called, statements logged and evidence gathered.

"For further clarification, as far as the authorities are concerned, Oli Sykes has never been charged, accused of or under suspicion regarding any physical assault on the fan, contrary to speculation and rumours."
